I am an actively licensed CPA and attorney with twenty-five years of experience on the private side of accounting, tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and exempt organizations.  My wife Jodie and I have been married for over fifteen years with an imaginative son who keeps us younger than we actually are.  Hobbies include backcountry hiking/camping, taekwondo, and family time.
